Our Ground beef is 90-93% lean as we trim and grind it ourselves. No additives or organ meat. Ground fresh daily. We package each order to our customer's specification. We also carry 85% lean hamburger daily.

Steaks are cut to any thickness. All steaks are USDA Certified Angus Choice. Seasoned free upon request.

1/3 pound. Vacuum Sealed. 4 per pack also 10 pound boxes wrapped 10 per pack or made fresh to order.
